ZapTracker lets you publish content directly to Nostr and track how it performs with zaps.

Notes

Content Types ​

Short Notes ​

Quick updates, thoughts, or announcements. These are standard Nostr notes (kind 1):

  • Perfect for daily updates
  • Easy to compose and publish
  • Appear in people's feeds immediately

Long-Form Articles (NIP-23) ​

In-depth content like tutorials, essays, or newsletters:

  • Rich text formatting
  • Title and summary
  • Better for SEO and discovery
  • Ideal for building authority

Creating Short Notes ​

  1. Go to Content or Notes
  2. Write your message in the text area
  3. Add mentions using @username
  4. Optionally add hashtags
  5. Click Publish

Your note broadcasts to all connected relays immediately.

Tips for Notes ​

  • Keep it focused—one idea per note
  • Use hashtags for discoverability
  • Engage with replies to build community
  • Include a call-to-action when appropriate

Creating Long-Form Articles ​

Long-form Editor

  1. Go to Content → New Article
  2. Add a title (required)
  3. Write your content using the editor
  4. Add a summary (shows in previews)
  5. Optionally add tags
  6. Click Publish

Formatting Options ​

The editor supports:

  • Bold and italic text
  • Headers (H1, H2, H3)
  • Lists (ordered and unordered)
  • Links
  • Code blocks
  • Images

Article Best Practices ​

  1. Strong headline - Make it clear and compelling
  2. Good summary - This shows in previews

Mentions ​

Reference other Nostr users in your content:

  1. Type @ followed by their username
  2. Select from suggestions
  3. Their npub is automatically linked

Mentioned users get notified, which can increase engagement.

    • void.cat
    • imgbb.com

Embedding Media ​
